Sunny, welcoming holiday home overlooking Tutukaka Marina with room to park your boat. Open plan living with fantastic indoor/outdoor flow, spacious well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are two queen bedrooms and a bedroom that can have either a king bed, or two single beds, all with lovely views. Modern bathroom with bath and separate shower, and a laundry downstairs. This house has a wonderful easy feeling the moment you walk in the door – it’s all about relaxing, and having a great place to come back to after a day at the beach, out on the water or exploring the coast.

There are two sit-on kayaks (with life jackets) available for guests at the house – please note that you will need to have a trailer or van to transport them.
So close to Tutukaka Marina, home base for a variety of fishing and dive charter boats, restaurants and shops. Enjoy a trip to the Poor Knights Marine Reserve, globally recognised for its world class diving experience. Ngunguru is a short drive away – well-stocked superette and liquor centre, cafes, golf course, takeaways (world famous on the coast) and pipis at low tide. Tutukaka Coast has many stunning beaches nearby on offer, including Whangaumu Bay, Matapouri, Whale Bay and Sandy Bay.
